A Journey of Remembrance. A Reclamation of the Womb. A Homecoming to Yourself.
There is a place within you that remembers who you were before the world told you who to be.
A place beneath the expectations, beneath the grief, beneath the experiences that taught you to disconnect, protect, endure, or become someone other than yourself.
A place where your innocence still lives. Where your feminine essence has never truly been lost. Where your heart is waiting to be welcomed back into the sacred space of your womb.
Womb Hara Massage is an invitation to Return... a Sacred Return to Your Feminine Essence.
Through intuitive massage that includes abdominal massage, sacred ceremony, and the gentle art of ceremonial body wrapping, I create space for you to soften, listen, reconnect, and reclaim your relationship with your body.
This is not about fixing what is broken in you.
It is about creating the conditions for you to feel safe enough to come home to yourself.
The Sacred Art of Womb Hara
The womb is more than an organ. For many women, it carries layers of memory, identity, grief, creativity, longing, and the stories of a lifetime.
Our relationship with this part of ourselves can become complicated by birth, loss, trauma, fertility struggles, relationships, shame, cultural expectations, or simply years of living disconnected from our bodies.
Sometimes we feel everything.
Sometimes we feel nothing at all.
And sometimes, beneath the numbness, we sense a quiet longing to feel whole again.
Womb Hara Massage offers a gentle, intentional space to explore that relationship.
Drawing upon ancient Hara and Chi Nei Tsang-inspired abdominal bodywork... that was taught to me by my Teacher Natalie Zukerman with the Institute of Feminine Arts... intuitive massage, and Sacred Feminine Ceremony, each session is shaped around your needs and your body's responses.
The work includes gentle massage of the abdomen, attention to the lower back that includes the sacrum, gluteal muscles, and coccyx. I work slowly, honoring the intelligence of the body.
This is Bodywork held within Ceremony. A space for remembrance, reconnection, and renewal.

1. Entering Sacred Space
There is time to settle, share what brings you to this work, and establish what feels safe and supportive for you. You are invited to bring your whole self into the space... your tenderness, your uncertainty, your grief, your hopes, and your questions. There is nothing you need to perform. Nothing you need to prove. Nothing you need to force. I will share what to expect and to talk about WombHara.
2. Intuitive Womb & Hara Massage
Through gentle, intentional bodywork and abdominal massage, I invite awareness into the belly, pelvis, and lower back. The Hara is understood in Eastern traditions as a center of vitality and embodied presence. This work draws inspiration from those traditions while honoring the physical body and its individual needs. I may explore the abdomen, the tissues and muscles surrounding the womb and pelvic bowl, the sacrum, and the coccyx, depending on your needs, comfort, and the scope of the session.
The intention is to encourage relaxation, support body awareness, and offer a compassionate space to reconnect with sensations that may have been overlooked, guarded, or difficult to approach. Emotions may arise, or you may experience quietness, warmth, tenderness, or simply rest. There is no right way to experience this work, and emotional release is never required.
3. The Heart Held Within the Womb
At the heart of this practice is an invitation to restore your relationship with your feminine self. To meet the parts of you that have been silenced. To offer tenderness to the places that have carried grief. To reconnect with your inner knowing, your creativity, your vitality, and your capacity to choose what is right for you. This is where we make room for the possibility of a new relationship with yourself... not by returning to who you were, but by welcoming who you are becoming.
4. Ceremonial Wrapping — The Art of Being Held
I close with a ceremonial wrapping of the body, however, this is optional as not all women like to be wrapped. Held gently within the wraps, you are invited to rest, integrate, and receive the experience without needing to do anything more. The wrapping symbolizes containment, nourishment, and the threshold between what has been and what may emerge. It is a moment to be held rather than to hold everything together, to breathe, a moment of stillness before stepping back into the world... and to remember that you, too, deserve care.

Womb Hara Massage is offered to adult women at different stages of life, each arriving with her own story.
For the woman who feels disconnected.
Perhaps you feel numb in your belly or pelvis. Perhaps you have spent years living from your mind, caring for others, or pushing through what life has asked of you. You long to feel present in your body again.
For the woman carrying grief.
Pregnancy loss, abortion, infertility, the death of a loved one, relationship changes, and other profound life experiences can shape how we inhabit our bodies. This work offers space for tenderness, reflection, and compassionate reconnection.
For the woman healing from trauma.
You may be navigating the effects of sexual trauma, difficult birth experiences, medical procedures, or other experiences that have affected your sense of safety within your body. Your pace, consent, and choices remain central throughout the session.
For the woman on a fertility journey.
Whether you are exploring natural conception or receiving IVF or other fertility care, this work offers an opportunity to receive nurturing bodywork and emotional support alongside your existing care. It does not promise to improve fertility or pregnancy outcomes.
For the woman in postpartum or reproductive transition.
You may be reconnecting with yourself after birth, navigating perimenopause or menopause, or discovering that your relationship with your feminine body is changing.
For the woman seeking deeper embodiment.
You may simply feel called to explore your feminine essence, reconnect with your center, and cultivate a more loving relationship with your body.
You do not need to have a particular wound, diagnosis, or spiritual belief to receive this work.
You only need to arrive as you are.
I believe the body deserves and needs to be approached with reverence. Not as an obstacle to overcome, but as a living part of ourselves worthy of listening, tenderness, and care. My work brings together intuitive bodywork, sacred feminine practice, and a deep respect for the relationship between our physical experiences and our inner lives.
As a practitioner, I do not enter your space to tell you what your body means or what you must release. I enter to listen, offer skilled and compassionate touch within my training, and support you in developing your own relationship with your body.
This is your journey, your wisdom, your sovereignty and Womb Hara Massage is an invitation to reclaim your wild innocence... not the innocence of a woman who has never been wounded, but the untamed aliveness of the woman who is ready to belong to herself again.
To enter the Temple of the Body, to awaken the Heart Held within the Womb. To make space for what has been silenced. To Honor the woman you have been and Welcome the woman you are Becoming. To Remember that your Feminine Essence is not something you must earn. It is something you are allowed to come home to.
If something within you is stirring as you read these words, I invite you to reach out. We can begin with a conversation, explore what you are seeking, and determine together whether this practice is appropriate for you. There is no need to have the right words. You are welcome to arrive with questions, tenderness, uncertainty, or simply a longing to reconnect.
Your Body is the way to Freedom. Your Return begins with Listening.
